Born and raised in Concord, North Carolina, married with two children, has an Associate Degree in General Management from El Paso Community College and completed twenty years of Military service in the United States Army. I have been worshiping with Antioch Baptist Church since 2009.

He is from Sylacauga, AL. and married to Reverend Shaunna Cook. They have 3 children. Deacon Cook was ordained as a Deacon on May 3, 2009 at Williams Chapel Missionary Baptist church in Clarksville, TN.
